David D. Naples, Jr., Esq.
Mr. Naples has experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, elder law, guardianship, Medicaid long-term care planning, special needs planning, IRS and State of Florida Department of Revenue tax controversy representation, and general civil litigation. Mr. Naples previously served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Public Defender’s Office in St. Johns County and served as a law clerk with Pycraft Law before passing the Florida Bar in 2012.
Mr. Naples earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the State University of New York, College at Cortland, and his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Naples is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the St. Johns County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Seventh Judicial Circuit’s court-appointed attorney registry.
AWARDS AND RECOGNITION
Mr. Naples received the Pro Bono Award presented by St. Johns County Legal Aid in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 for donating over 100 hours of pro bono legal service each year.
